💡 The Roles: What You Will Actually Do
- AI Engineer Intern: You will work on Generative AI use cases—building, testing, or optimizing LLM-based applications. You’ll assist in automating workflows and applying AI to product features, customer insights, or internal productivity tools.
- IT Support Engineer Intern: Focus on AI-driven IT operations (ITIS). You will provide support for IT infrastructure and systems while using AI tools to troubleshoot issues, monitor system health, and automate repetitive support tasks.
- Product Support Intern: Act as the link between customers and the product team. You will analyze issues, troubleshoot software behavior, and use AI-led ticketing systems to ensure high customer satisfaction.
