- Data & Digital Transformation: Analyze large datasets to identify process inefficiencies. Work with tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to build dashboards that assist in business decision-making.
- Warranty & Service: Gain exposure to warranty claim validation, service operations, and dealer support, ensuring high machine uptime.
- Engineering Support: Assist in vehicle adaptation designs, CAD documentation, and root-cause analysis for engineering changes.
📝 Eligibility & Skills Required
- Technical Stream: Engineering graduates (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Mechatronics, ECE/CSE, etc.) for technical roles.
- Non-Technical Stream: B.Com/BBA graduates for functions like People & Culture, Finance, or Logistics support.
- Skill Set:
- Analytical: Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups) and basic data visualization knowledge.
