As a TA Intern, you are the face of Deloitte to thousands of candidates. Your daily impact involves:
- Sourcing & Screening: Using LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases to find candidates. You’ll learn to identify “Deloitte-ready” profiles by matching skills with business needs.
