💡 The Role: Incident Resolution & Cloud Ops
As a Technology Support Engineer, your responsibilities will span the entire infrastructure stack:
- Incident Management: Identifying and resolving technical glitches across business systems to prevent downtime.
- Environment Maintenance: Assisting in the health checks of servers (Windows/Linux) and cloud instances.
- Request for Change (RFC): Participating in the deployment of software patches and updates in a live production environment.
- Knowledge Management: Documenting solutions for recurring issues to help the global service desk resolve tickets faster.
