- Sourcing & Candidate Search: Utilize professional job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.), social media, and internal databases to source top-tier technical and engineering talent for US-based client requirements.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, communication abilities, visa status, and cultural alignment with client needs.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, tracking candidates efficiently through applicant tracking systems (ATS) and interview stages.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, guiding them through interview preparations, feedback sessions, and onboarding procedures.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with US-based account managers and recruitment leads to understand client hiring needs and meet weekly/monthly delivery targets.
