AD3i Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (Verisk-India), development team is looking for a smart, proactive, and results-oriented Business Analyst to build elegant solutions for the insurance industry’s complex business domain and make our industry-leading products even better. You will have the opportunity to make an impact and contribute to a complex application suite of products, mission-critical to insurance companies. Our teams are lean, empowered, and collaborative. Role and Responsibility :

• Stakeholder Engagement:  Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements. 
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and observations.
• Test Planning and Execution: Develop test plans and scripts to ensure solutions meet the specified requirements.
• Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate open communication and understand product features for better testing outcomes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Conduct Requirement Analysis: Identify, analyze, and document business needs, ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs, and providing regular updates on testing progress and results.

Education and Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree: Typically, in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree (Optional): An MBA or relevant master’s degree can be advantageous.
