Job Description :
We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Associate to join the Bathroom Subscription Services (BSS) vertical at Urban Company, Hyderabad. This role focuses on partner activity tracking, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance of service professionals on the platform.
Role and Responsibility :
- Track and analyze daily activity of service partners: attendance, job completions, cancellations, and overall service quality.
- Manage partner performance dashboards and escalate deviations to the central team.
- Ensure all field-level issues are resolved in real time through coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new professionals.
- Build strong partner relationships and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Education and Skills :
- Fresh graduates or candidates with <12 months of experience.
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Telugu)
- Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic numerical analysis.
- Highly proactive, organized, and able to handle field queries.
- Must have a laptop and a learner’s mindset.
